Skills verification sessions for online courses (ACLS, BCLS-Healthcare Provider) are conducted twice per month at the Metrocrest office.  Please use the form below to contact MMS (at least a week in advance) to schedule an appointment.  We will contact you to confirm the appointment and verify the time.

Fees:              PALS - $100.00                  ACLS - $75.00                   BCLS - $40.00

Certificate of Completion from the online course is required upon your arrival at the skills verification session.
